I have volunteered to direct "An Evening with Dorothy Parker" in January- it will be readings of her dialogue pieces, plus maybe, pieces written by local authors in her style. All of these will be held together with a player being Dorothy herself and delivering an appropriate monologue.
Have a format planned but still open to suggestions/ideas and original pieces that you think would fit.
Never have done this before- ignorance is sometime bliss!
